Most of our tools process your data locally inside your browser, meaning your files and information never leave your device. We'll always let you know if a specific tool requires server-side processing.

Using Our Tools

What You Can Do

• Use any tool on ToolsGini for personal or commercial purposes, free of charge.
• Share links to tools with friends, colleagues, or your audience.
• Use the output generated by our tools (compressed PDFs, converted images, generated text, etc.) however you like - the output belongs to you.

What You Cannot Do

We ask that you use ToolsGini responsibly. The following are not allowed:

• Scraping or crawling the site in a way that disrupts performance or access for other users.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code from our tools or platform.
• Automated or bot-based access to tools at a scale that puts excessive load on our infrastructure.
• Using ToolsGini to process or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content - including but not limited to malware, pirated files, or content that violates others' rights.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or probe the website for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.

When you use ToolsGini tools, any files or data you work with remain yours. We don't claim ownership over anything you upload, process, or download.

As mentioned above, most tools run entirely in your browser - so we never even see your files. For tools that do involve our servers, any data is processed transiently and deleted immediately. We do not store, analyse, or share your files.

Everything on ToolsGini - including the design, layout, tool logic, branding, written content, and code - is the intellectual property of ToolsGini unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to:

No Account Required

ToolsGini does not require you to create an account or log in to use any tool. This is intentional - we believe great tools should be accessible without friction.

Because there's no account system, we don't store personal profiles, usage history, or preferences tied to an individual user.

Availability and Uptime

We work hard to keep ToolsGini running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. There may be periods of:

• Planned maintenance - we'll try to keep this minimal and schedule it during off-peak hours.
• Unexpected downtime - due to hosting, infrastructure, or other issues outside our control.
